on Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Growth in October 2005.
One of
our Keynote speakers, Dr. Gina O'Connor, presented on Exploring Best
Practices in Organizational Structures for Innovation. She has now made
her presentation available to our readers.
Dr. Gina O'Connor (PDMA Board) is the Academic Director for the Radical
Innovation Research Project and an Associate Professor in the Lally School
of Management and Technology at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, New York (RPI). She has
articles published in Organization Science, The Journal of Product
Innovation Management, California Management
Review, Academy of Management
Executive and The Journal of Strategic
Marketing. She is the co-author of the book Radical Innovation, How
Mature Firms Can Outsmart Upstarts, published by HBS Press in December,
2000.
