New Case Study: Identifying the Path to BioPharma Market
Success
|
|
|
Strategic Innovators often face market-timing issues when
they try to bring their innovations to market. Particularly in the life
sciences realm, long regulatory approval cycles, and lengthy adoption
timeframes can make it difficult for the new technology venture to
survive without near-term revenue opportunities.
For an
entrepreneurial new technology venture within a Global 1000
diversified technology company, a world leader in advanced medical
systems, Product Genesis applied our Opportunity Genesis framework
to deliver near-term market opportunities, while keeping the venture on
track to the ultimate clinical marketplace. Central to achieving a
successful market entry was identifying a non-regulated market
opportunity for the innovative technology that was closely aligned with
the final goal of in vivo diagnostics and clinical imaging
applications. The resulting path-to-market innovations allowed that
organization to develop early revenue, market and technology deployment
expertise, directly on the path to the eventual clinical marketplace
prize.
